Stop messages: reply STOP to any message from Writeoff. We also honor QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPT OUT. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that.
Get help by text: reply HELP to any message.
Start again: reply START, or turn SMS back on in your account settings.
Frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on how you use the service. Most users receive fewer than 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
